1.Tuscan Cooking course
The course goes from 1 to several days.
The course will be taken by our Chef Cecilia and our Sommelier Massimo. In each session you will learn to prepare a typical three-course lunch. After the course we enjoy the meal we cooked together! The course includes: professional wine tasting of 3 different local wines; presentation and sampling of tasty typical traditional Tuscan tidbits. And of course we shall accompany you through a tasting session of our various Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive oils.
2.Handmade pasta course
Under the guidance of our Chef Cecilia, you will learn how to prepare the pasta dough by mixing the flour and the eggs with your hands, how to roll it out in a thin layer which you will then cut in typical shapes such as: lasagne, cannelloni, pappardelle, ravioli, penne, tagliatelle, spaghetti and so on.
To follow there will be our lunch which will start by a tasting of Tuscan typical products and it will continue with the pasta just made dressed with different type of sauces in order to create the best combinations.
