Molly:
It was so delightful to spend the day with you both learning about Tuscan food and Italian wines.
Both were delicious and fantastic!!! We are saving the bottle that we bought for a very special occasion.
Each time we use the olive oil we will think of you! I am still dreaming of those biscotti too! The rest of our time in Italy we wished we had eaten more of them as we thought they were the best!
We hope to make it back to Italy again soon and would love to visit with you again!
If you ever would like to visit California or come and ski in Vail, Colorado, please contact us! We would love to host you!
Best wishes and many thanks again!
Sincerely,
Molly and Terry Bevan

Hi Massimo and Cecilia,
this past Saturday I saw my cousin, Ginny Peabody (Virginia) at a party. She told me she had just returned from Italy where she took a wonderful cooking class at the end of June. She promised to send me the recipes so I asked what she had made. She said something called “drunken pork” where you cook in pork in …. “a liter of red wine?” I asked, She said yes and then she made biscotti. So I asked, “was this at a restaurant called Osteria La Gramola?” She said “YES!” I asked her “Massimo and Cecilia?” “YES!” After we both shrieked “WHAT?? OHMYGOD?” several times I explained that Julian did his work study with you (She is familiar with this story), etc, etc, Amazing!
So when you come visit us in the U.S., we will invite Ginny to join us for dinner. I could not wait to tell you this fantastic story.
Lots of love from all the Lambs,
John, Christina, Julian & Olivia
Dawn:
My friend Cathy and I had a wonderul experience with Cecilia and Massimo at La Gramola. We did indeed gain some new culinary knowledge and skills, and in general, really enjoyed the hands of nature of the cooking class.
Additionally, and as equally important, we found our hosts/teachers to be knowledgeable, personable and quite open to giving all they could to us as their students.
We are leaving our tomato stained aprons as they are (at least for the time being) as tangible reminders of that special day. We regard the class to be one of the high points of our two weeks in Italy, which is saying quite a lote, given the incredible trip that it was for both of us! We also consider ourselves fortunate to have met and spent time with Cecilia and Massimo and hope to visit them again at La Gramola in the future.

Dear Cecilia and Massimo,
We are so happy to receive the Chianti/Tuscany book from you, thank you so much~ It reminds us with our lovely holiday in Tuscany, especially the cooking course that we’ve taken with you on the 3 Jan 2011 which I believe is the highlight of the trip.
Up till now we are still talking about the fabulous food and the amazing cooking experience with our friends and family. Please keep on with your great work! We wish you all the best with your cooking business.
